The  great  team from Medical Knowledge Institute (MKI) never stops to work on  ensuring that Clover Mama Afrika receives the much needed assistance of having  all  centres  fully  equipped  with  a Health Information Satellite (HIS).  They  ended 2010 on a high note when it was confirmed that they can help a further seven Clover Mama centres. Currently we have 12 Clover Mamas operating  HIS  6  in the Western Cape, 5 in Gauteng and 1 in Limpopo. Soon Mamas  in  Free  State,  North West and Eastern Cape will join the valuable training provided by MKI and receive their fully operating HIS.

MKI  also  gave  Clover  Mama Afrika a great opportunity of producing their YOELL  jewellery  organza  bags. The YOELL jewellery is produced by various members  of  the community and all proceeds go toward the MKI projects. For the  sewing  Mama, it was a challenge to get the correct colour organza and due  to  the  delay of receiving the fabric, our Mama was very nervous that she  would  not  make deadline. But shear determination and hard work, 1000 bags did make its way to MKI’s Cape Town office in the neck of time.

Selina  Mmakola  of  Mama  Mary’s centre in Winterveld worked day and night to ensure quality and timeous delivery.
